Lavender (Lavendula angustifolia) – Flowers are used. This sweet, lovely herb is useful in calming stress, promoting sleep and easing headaches and tension.
Rose (Rosa, spp) – It is not just a beautiful flower but a helpful cosmetic and medicinal herb. Antique roses are also helpful as a mood-elevator, anti-depressant and for bringing the essence of Rose to your soul. Open and gladdens the heart.
Chamomile (Matricaria recutita) – Medicinal properties derive from the volatile oil in the flower. Acts as a calmative, nervine, anti-spasmodic (cramping), anodyne (pain killer), carminative and diaphoretic. Mostly used as a tea for nervousness, digestive disorders and very safe for children.
