I live about 30 minutes outside of Austin, Texas. The property I live on has been in my family for 3 generations. I am very close to my family and we enjoy spending time together.
I am an avid gardener, extreme animal lover and a lover of plants. I enjoy spending time in nature and recharging my energy outdoors. I also enjoy cooking and trying new recipes.
I love to learn, share and discuss deep ideas. My passion is to help others thrive naturally.
Education and Support
I have always enjoyed figuring out the way things worked, find science challenging and wanted to make a difference in people’s lives.
I earned a Bachelor of Science in Bio-medical Science from Texas A&M University. My studies were heavy in bio-chemistry, anatomy, physiology and animal behavior.
I have spent over 13 years in the clinical pharmaceutical industry with a focus on coordinating and auditing investigative new human drug trials. My specialties included cardiology, arthritis and oncology.
In 2015, I took a break and supported my father during his Cancer journey. I left pharma for a time to explore a more holistic health path to help myself and others. My goal is to focus on the underlying causes of disease vs. masking the symptoms, leading to chronic pharmaceutical use. Food is medicine, I have experienced this first hand!
I founded Autumn's Harvest, LLC to share health and wellness information, to discuss methods of transformation, disease prevention and/or reversal and herbal remedies.

Herbal Medicine For Professionals
