A couple of weeks ago my Mom brought me a bag of Autumn's Harvest 'Everyday Tea Blend' some custom herbal tea. She said to try it to help my flu symptoms. Oh my, did it help indeed. Lavender!!!! I am just in love with the Lavender Epsom Salts! As a teacher and mother of three boys after a long day this salt is a great soothing escape. I often add a cup of tea and light a candle. Perfection!
